Old habits

The best way to form new habits is to remember your old habits. Here is a list of my old habits of 2010 that I am trying to change:

Chocolate

I ate chocolate everyday. Sometimes several times a day. If there was any piece of chocolate in my house and I knew about it, it would not survive 24 hours. I craved chocolate like crazy. I felt I needed a piece of chocolate on every break at work, and if I sit in front of the TV. Writing my articles, or simply breathing meant that I should be eating chocolate. Chocolate was the snack of choice.

Soda

To me there has been no other drink besides Pepsi. Pepsi went with everything at anytime of the day. The only reason why I would drink anything else is because there was nothing else to drink. I would even choice Pepsi over water. I would get a severe headache if I did not at least one can of soda. Often times I would have up to three cans of soda a day.

Lazy Butt Syndrome

"Lazy Butt syndrome" is awful. It can cripple you into thinking that you just can't do anything physical. I do have some mental health issues with Depression, and Anxiety. I also suffer from Conversion Disorder which makes your physical body malfunction because of emotional stress. However, some of these could have been over exaggerated as an excuse to not to be physical active.
