New Habits (the new plan)

My bad habits need to change. I will need to find alternatives for my favorite snacks, or learn to limit them.
I don't think I will be able to stop all of my bad habits completely. I also don't believe that that is the healthiest way to start eating healthier. Some of my new habits will include:


Apples

I like to eat apples, I just have not bought them very often. I need to at least eat one apple a day. I have researched many health benefits to eating one apple a day, and it will be a health habit that will not be very hard to handle.

Celery

I enjoy celery, although never really had it available in the house. I have learned that celery is one of the few foods that take more calories to chew it then what it contains. This means that celery is my 'free' food, and I can enjoy this food as much as I want. If I am craving something to chew on, this is where I plan on turning. Although, it may become boring after awhile, I am going to try and choose this food over anything else when I am hungry.
